CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on therapy that engages the body in such a way that it does not invoke a defense response, but instead invites the body to soften under the hands.CST supports your body’s natural wisdom and healing processes by blending skilled therapeutic touch and profound healing presence. Trusting in your body’s wisdom to set the pace, your therapist carefully listens and responds to your body’s cues as it unwinds and releases, offering the appropriate amount of support and pressure your body is asking to receive.
Myofascial Massage
Fascia is the soft tissue component of the connective tissue that provides support and protection for most structures within the human body, including muscle. Osteopathic theory proposes that this soft tissue can become restricted due to disease, overuse, trauma, infectious agents, or inactivity, often resulting in pain, muscle tension, and corresponding diminished blood flow
fascia and its corresponding muscle are the main targets of Myofascial Release,
This type of massage is an attempt to bring about changes in the myofascial structures by stretching or elongation of fascia, or mobilising adhesive tissues. The practitioner moves slowly through the layers of the fascia until the deep tissues are reached. The indirect method involves a gentle stretch, with only a few grams of pressure, which allows the fascia to 'unwind' itself. The dysfunctional tissues are guided along the path of least resistance until free movement is achieved. The indirect technique originated in osteopathy schools and is also popular in physiotherapy. The term "myofascial release" as a technique was a term coined in 1981 when It was popularized and taught to physical therapists, massage therapists, occupational therapists and physicians by John F Barnes.

Chakra alignment
Chakras are our energy centers. They are the openings for life energy to flow into and out of our aura. Their function is to vitalize the physical body and to bring about the development of our self-consciousness. They are associated with our physical, mental, and emotional interactions.
Chakras are discs of energy and information that reside deep in the body. They act as receptors, assimilators and transmitters of life force energies. Our chakras, as core centers, form a vast and detailed coordinating network of the mind/body system. The information contained in thoughts and emotions, as well as actions and events, move through these energetic doorways into the body. There is a physiological response to the information that they receive. In addition, the chakras are directly linked to the seven major glands of the endocrine system. The endocrine system regulates every physiological process that occurs in the body. The chakras, therefore, are the direct link between thoughts/emotions and their effect on our biology. Chakra Balancing brings balance, harmony and clarity to the chakras.
A birth doula can help you make good decisions about your birth and your baby.
She will help answer any questions you may have about the birth. She can explain anything the doctors tell you and be there once you go to the hospital to explain what is going on.
You will meet your doula a couple of times before you go into labor and she will describe what you can expect during the birth of your baby. You can tell her what you’d like once you go to the hospital, what you are afraid of during labor, and how you’d like to be treated. She will help you write down things you want the doctors and nurses to know once you go to the hospital to have your baby (this is called a birth plan or birth wish list.)
Once you go to the hospital she will follow you, help you tell the nurses what you want, and make sure you get it.
If you have other friends or family members at your birth she can help them understand what is going on and she can suggest things they can do to help you.
She will stay a short time after the birth and help you feed your baby if you wish to breastfeed, and then visit you within a few days to check in on you and your baby. You will be able to text or call her after the baby is born and she will help you know many things about your baby like when to feed him/her, how you can help him sleep better, how and when you can give him a bath, and what to do when your baby is crying.
A doula is there for you and you alone, and does not work for your doctor, the hospital.

SomatoEmotional Release is a therapeutic process that helps rid the mind and body of residual effects of past trauma associated with negative experiences.
The body often retains (rather than dissipates) physical forces, and often the accompanying emotional energy, triggered by physiological, psychological, emotional or spiritual trauma. As the body heals, it can isolate or wall off, this energy into what is called an “energy cyst”. Although a body can initially adapt to the presence of this “energy cyst”, eventually the body weakens or tires of this accommodation and can develop symptoms of pain, dysfunction or emotional stress in response.
Subtle body work is combined with dialogue to assist the process of release and to increase an awareness of your “inner self.” This work truly accesses and assists the body in healing that very powerful and basic “mind-body connection”, facilitating healing at the source level of the pain or problem.
A PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) device functions as an external generating source that enables the cells to circulate nutrients better, to move blood-oxygen through cells, and helps cells to detoxify. It helps to improve blood circulation, not by increasing blood pressure or heartbeat, but by optimizing energy of the very cells in the capillaries and arteries. Improved circulation also alleviates pain by reducing edema (swelling), regenerating diseased and damaged tissue, and repairing fractured and torn bones and tendons
